MEET ALICE
Growing up in Switzerland, I have always been captivated by the beauty of nature and the significance of harmony in life. After graduating from a Swiss hospitality management school, my professional journey began in wealth management and private banking. However, my heart was drawn to the enriching and the creative, leading me to pursue a master's degree in modern and contemporary art history in the United Kingdom.
Following this, I immersed myself in the art insurance sector, eventually co-directing one of Western Switzerland’s premier fine art & luxury goods insurance brokerages.
But my path has not just been about professional success – it has been a personal one too. Overcoming various challenges in life, I have learned firsthand the power of foods as lifestyle medicine and the importance of nurturing our bodies from within. Over the years, through agility and resilience, I have navigated life's twists and turns, emerging with a profound understanding of holistic wellness and self-acceptance.
My travels to South America, particularly Peru and Mexico, have further shaped my holistic approach to wellness. Exploring the healing properties of herbs, nutrients, and spices, I have discovered the intricate connection between nourishment and overall well-being—physical, mental, and spiritual. These journeys have also deepened my understanding of mindfulness, minimalism, impermanence and the importance of letting go of attachments.

MEET VICTORIA
After I passed the bar exam in Switzerland, I moved to Hong Kong where I worked in an international company for more than four years. During my professional experiences, the part of the job that I enjoyed the most was working with clients to help them resolve their issues.
Furthermore, I have always had a strong interest in psychology and have been focusing on my own personal development over the past few years. This led me to enroll in a coaching program to do what I feel strongly about: helping people live better lives.I coach individuals from various backgrounds by understanding their unique stories and helping them unlock their potential through practicing positive psychology. I also incorporate insights from my own personal growth into the work I do.
